Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is immediately hiring for an Assistant Resident Manager! Our purpose is to create smiles. As a Restaurant Management Trainee, you will complete an industry leading in-depth training program to prepare you for success as a Restaurant Manager.

At the Porch, we’re always looking for great team members to help us carry out our mission of serving fresh, local, authentic food with a smile. As a part of the management team, you will grow sales (including bar and catering), uphold our safety & quality standards with a focus on made from scratch food, and build team member engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy skills including, but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Apple Software and ordering software.
• Must be capable of performing all essential job duties within the restaurant including but not limited to the ability to stand/walk for periods of eight to ten hours and lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage team members and resolve conflict.
• Must display strong verbal and written communication skills and project self-confidence, authority and enthusiasm; and project high standards of professional conduct and strive to grow professionally through continuous self-development and participation.
• Must have experience directly working with guests and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
