• Full-Time (80 hours/pay period)
• AM Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM | Including Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
• Overnight Shift: 10:30 PM-7:00 AM | Including Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
• Part-Time With Benefits (64 hours/pay period)
• PM Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM | Including Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
• Irregular Part-Time (0-39 hours/pay period)
• AM Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM | Including Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
• PM Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM | Including Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation

Starting Pay

Starting at $18.51 hour + shift & weekend differentials

Overview

This position provides resident care in the assisted living settings of the Hillview Health Care Campus, with a strong focus on person-centered care and a home-like environment. Team members are selected by and work under the supervision of the Assisted Living Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Compassionate Communication: Interact with residents, families, and team members with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
• Good Judgment and Awareness: Observe residents for needs or changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Dependable Team Player: Demonstrate reliable attendance, a willingness to learn, and strong collaboration with supervisors and clinical staff.
• Medication and Clinical Support: Safely administer medications following the Five Rights and perform basic clinical tasks within allowed scope.
• Personal Care Assistance: Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, meals, and transfers.
• Documentation and Safety: Accurately document care, comply with assisted living regulations, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
