Now Hiring: Resident Assistant (AM Shift – Part Time with Benefits)

Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living – West Salem, WI

Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living is seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our team as Resident Assistants. This is a meaningful opportunity to support residents in a compassionate, team focused environment.

Position: Resident Assistant

Status: Part time with benefits

Hours: 72 hours per pay period

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Schedule: Includes weekend and holiday rotation

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Support independence while providing compassionate care
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with nursing and care team members

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, resident centered individuals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to dignity, respect, and high quality care
• Previous caregiving experience helpful but not required—training provided
