Avivo’s Ending Homelessness Division is committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and harm reduction-based services. At Avivo Village, we offer an alternative to encampments through private shelter units, compassionate staff support, and meaningful connections to housing and health services. We meet people where they are—with radical welcome and deep respect.
As a Resident Advocate, you’ll be at the heart of our shelter community—providing direct support, ensuring safety, and creating a welcoming environment for our residents. You’ll monitor wellness, de-escalate crises, distribute meals and harm reduction supplies, and contribute to the upkeep and integrity of the Village. You’ll play a vital part in creating a space where dignity, healing, and hope thrive.
