The CTO office is a multidisciplinary team working across AI, software, hardware, electronics, and mechanical design.

We build new capabilities and put them in the field.

About the Role

We're looking for people early in their careers who have already done exceptional work. You'll work across disciplines alongside our Members of Technical Staff on tough, critical-path projects and challenges that require immediate action.

Requirements

• you are exceptional in at least one scientific or engineering domain
• your record reflects outstanding achievement: olympiad medals, published research, competitive fellowships, selective programs, elite military service, or hard things you built
• you are self-directed and don't need to be actively managed
• you learn fast and are effective outside your discipline
• you are hands-on, with a bias to build and get things into the field
