Birch Family Services has Residential Manager opportunities in the following neighborhoods:

Manhattan – Washington Heights

Brooklyn – Bushwick

Queens – Cambria Heights

As a Residence Manager you will oversee the daily operation of a residential facility serving individuals with developmental disabilities, including staff supervision, treatment planning and maintenance of the physical plant. You will ensure the health, safety, and quality of services to all the residents and assist in maximizing their ability to lead fulfilling lives.



Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with the developmentally disabled population, preferably in a residential, health, or treatment related setting.
  • Valid NY State Driver’s License required.
