We are excited to welcome the Residence Inn by Marriott Sabal Park-Tampa to Mainsail Lodging and Development as part of the upcoming transition, effective September 29, 2026.

This job posting has been created specifically to support the employment transition from McKibbon Hospitability to Mainsail and it serves as the formal application and employment-processing pathway for associates transitioning as part of the acquisition.

What You Need to Do

Current Residence Inn Sabal Park associates should submit an application through this posting. Completing the application will allow Mainsail to establish your candidate profile and complete the required pre-employment and onboarding processes.

Please provide accurate and complete information when submitting your application.

Your service with the property will continue without interruption for internal purposes, including eligibility for company benefits, subject to plan terms.

• Guest Services Rep
• Night Auditor
• Housekeeper/Houseperson
• Laundry Attendant
• General Maintenance
• Hospitality AM

Your specific position, pay rate, employment status, and other applicable terms of employment will be communicated directly to you in an offer letter as part of the transition process.

*Some titles may differ based on Mainsail's structure.

We understand transitions can raise many questions, so we are hosting a Townhall / Information Session at the property on September 17. Check with your manager for details.
