
The Residence Coordinator plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of one or more SHSS staffed homes, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for children and youth with complex needs. The role includes frontline staff supervision, implementation of SHSS Service Plans, coordination of household needs, and support for documentation and licensing compliance. The Residence Coordinator promotes a safe, inclusive, and structured care environment that aligns with Pacific Coast’s values and the SHSS service model.

Location: Kamloops, BC (Travel required)
Dates: Thursday - Monday
This role is essential in ensuring quality day-to-day care in staffed homes and supports the delivery of consistent, child-centered services aligned with the SHSS framework.
