About the location:

BASIC PURPOSE:Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the residents’needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction whilecomplying withall Four Seasons’ policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Handles all Resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints;assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests inan accurateandtimelymanner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

2. Provides a safe and comfortable ride for Residents. Assures that the residentcar is in good repair and is stocked with the necessary amenities such as bottled water, currentnewspapersand magazines. Has strong knowledge of the local area so that the Resident can be transported to and from their destination in the shortest possible time.

3. Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming inan accurateandtimelymanner.

4.Complies withFourSeasons’Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact

5. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

6. Assure that informationforrestaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions as well as Resident communications are updated and current. Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) andestablishesclose contacts with vendors in these areasin order toprovide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.

7. Stores and retrieves Resident luggage and packages.

8.Utilizesa variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing

9.Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.

10.Enforce rules andregulationswith residents.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Previouscustomer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure

• Requires attention to detail andproblem-solvingskills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours:

  • Full time
