Job Description

We are accepting applications for daily, on-call Reserve Teachers for the 26-27 school year!


You will be contacted by Kim Myers, the Reserve Teacher Coordinator, regarding your application materials and to schedule an orientation only after you have fully submitted your employment application.

Our office is working hard to hire and process teachers and support staff so that our schools are ready for the first day of classes on August 31, 2026. We will be reaching out to reserve teacher applicants to begin onboarding in mid to late August or the first weeks of September. We appreciate your patience during this exciting and very busy time of year! You will be contacted as soon as we are able.

Licensure:
A current Minnesota teaching license or a Short Call Substitute License is required.

Pay:

  • The starting rate of pay is $200.00 per day for full day assignments.
  • After 40 cumulative working days in a school year the rate is $205.00 per day.
  • Half day assignments are paid at one-half the full day rate.
  • Reserve teachers working in our district on Fridays earn an extra $15.00

Benefits:
Due to the on-call nature of the assignment, it is not eligible for benefits
