Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Reservation Officer to support Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• To take and maintain up-to-date accurate reservation records, including records of any advance bookings and any cancellations.
• To support and assist in the preparation of group rooming lists
• To be informed on a daily basis of the hotel’s activities and functions
• To respond all telephone calls efficiently, always ensure that relevant standards and procedures are implemented and maintained
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hotel management courses with hotel operations
• Minimum one year in a similar or relevant field
• Good knowledge of computer skills
• Ability to handle phone and email conversations with fluency, hardworking, willingness to learn, respect authority and efficient.
• Excellent English communication skills
