The Opportunity

The Reservations Manager will play a critical role in driving guest satisfaction, maximising occupancy and revenue opportunities, and ensuring seamless reservation experiences from first enquiry through to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage the full reservations function across multiple luxury hospitality and short-term accommodation properties
• 
  Oversee reservation enquiries, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and guest communication
• 
  Ensure exceptional guest experience and service delivery at every touchpoint
• 
  Maximise occupancy levels and revenue opportunities through strategic booking management
• 
  Build strong relationships with guests, travel partners, agents, and internal teams
• 
  Maintain absolute accuracy across booking systems, guest profiles, rates, and reporting
• 
  Coordinate closely with operations, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• 
  Handle VIP guests, special requests, and escalated matters with professionalism and discretion
• 
  Monitor reservation trends, booking patterns, and operational performance
• 
  Assist with process improvements, system efficiencies, and scaling operational standards as the business grows
• 
  Support and mentor reservations staff where applicable
