About the role
Responsible for the overall management of the Reservations Department. Assist Director of Revenue with Revenue Management activities of the Resort to achieve budgeted goals; understanding and applying the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield.
What you will do
Manage theday to dayoperation of the reservations department (function as resource for reservations sales agents; handlereservationssales calls; problem and conflict resolution; scheduling).
What you bring
• Minimum of Two Years’ Experience in a rooms division management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization, preferably Reservations.
• Comprehensive computer and analytical skills, superior guestserviceand salesmanship skills.
• Proven success ina previousrooms division management position required, ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to read and speak and write English.
