Lead, train, and support the Reservations team to ensure brand standards, procedures, and high service quality are consistently delivered.
Drive revenue and occupancy performance through forecasting, monthly objectives, rate management, upselling, and inventory control.
Manage all reservation enquiries and booking processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and maximised revenue opportunities.
Oversee group bookings and inventory management, including room allocations, block management, overbooking mitigation, and back-to-back occupancy optimisation.
Ensure strong cross-department communication, particularly with Front Office and Sales, to support room allocation, guest needs, and business opportunities.
Monitor performance and reporting, including analysing forecast vs actual results, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate reservation and account records.
Maintain financial and administrative compliance, including managing budgets, processing commissions/fees, tracking expenses, and ensuring timely completion of financial tasks.
Collaborate with Revenue and Sales leadership to set financial targets, attend yield meetings, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
