GuestReady is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations Intern to support our sales and property listing operations.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who wants practical exposure to short-term rental sales, property listings, pricing, and lead management. You’ll work closely with the Reservations and Revenue teams to keep listings accurate and visible across platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder, support customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and help ensure smooth sales coverage and timely responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain property inventory manually across Bayut and Property Finder, ensuring listing accuracy and availability.

• Monitor and optimize platform credit utilization to maximize listing visibility and cost efficiency.

• Convert extension and follow-up leads into qualified opportunities through timely communication and effective customer engagement.

• Support the Reservations team by responding to customer inquiries and managing leads during weekends, public holidays, and team members' off days to ensure uninterrupted lead coverage.

• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate listing information and provide operational support for pricing and sales activities.

• Assist with lead tracking, reporting, and follow-up to improve conversion rates and customer response times.
