We are currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, Part-Time Reservations Agent to join our professional and welcoming Reservations team.

Job Description

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding reservations and inquiries.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate options based on their needs and preferences.
  • Input and update reservation details accurately in the system.
  • Provide information about available services, promotions, and special offers.
  • Modify or cancel reservations as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, front desk) to meet customer needs.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of customer interactions and bookings.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for hospitality and helping people
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with reservation systems (training provided)
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude, with a problem-solving, guest-first mindset
