We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading hospitality operation in St. Julians, and they are looking for a Reservation Agent to manage bookings and deliver outstanding service from enquiry to arrival.
You will handle reservations with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency, making sure every guest starts their stay with a great first impression.
Manage bookings, confirmations, and cancellations
Respond to enquiries by phone, email, and online channels
Provide clear information on rooms, rates, and services
Keep reservation systems accurate and updated
Coordinate with the front office and sales teams
Assist with special requests and guest feedback
Experience in reservations, front office, or guest services
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Guest-focused and detail-oriented
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Positive, reliable, and calm under pressure
