Located in the heart of Amsterdam, Kimpton De Witt blends modern luxury with a playful, personal approach to hospitality. No two guests and no two days are ever the same.

We are looking for a Reservations Agent who is organised, guest focused, and confident in creating smooth and memorable experiences from the very first contact.

A day in the life

Your day is a mix of guest contact, administration, and coordination.

You answer reservation requests by phone and email, assist guests with questions, and help them find the stay that suits them best. You manage bookings carefully, update systems accurately, and make sure all guest preferences and details are communicated clearly to the operational teams.

Throughout the day, you work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure every reservation is handled smoothly and every guest feels looked after before they even arrive.

No two days are the same. You switch easily between tasks, stay calm under pressure, and bring a warm and professional approach to every interaction.

What you will do

  • You handle room reservations by phone, email, and online channels.
  • You assist guests with questions about rooms, rates, and hotel facilities.
  • You update and manage reservations accurately within the system.
  • You communicate guest requests and preferences clearly to operational teams.
  • You support the team with administrative tasks and daily reporting.
  • You help maximise occupancy and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
  • You ensure every guest interaction feels warm, personal, and professional.

What we are looking for

  • You have experience in reservations, Front Office, or hospitality.
  • Experience with hotel systems is a plus.
  • You are organised, accurate, and guest focused.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • You stay calm in a fast paced environment and switch easily between tasks.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and have a natural sense of hospitality.
