Are you passionate about hospitality and creating seamless guest experiences from the very first interaction? We’re looking for an experienced Reservations Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn every inquiry into an opportunity.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our guest journey, handling reservations with precision, promoting our hotel’s offerings, and maximizing revenue through strategic selling.
What You'll Do:
Respond to all reservation inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
Maximize revenue by identifying and securing sales opportunities
Apply yield management strategies to optimize pricing and occupancy
Monitor room inventory and manage availability across room types
Maintain accurate reservation records and generate required reports
Stay up to date on booking trends, demand patterns, and market conditions
Support guest recognition initiatives by maintaining detailed guest history
Collaborate with internal teams, booking partners, and management
Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests
Resolve guest concerns and build lasting relationships
What You Bring:
Previous experience in hotel reservations (required)
Strong sales and customer service mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with reservation systems and yield management (an asset)
