Job Description
Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Reservationist and be the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. In this role, you’ll assist guests with booking rooms, spa services, dining, golf, and more helping create a seamless experience from the very first call.
Position Details

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries
- Book guest rooms, spa services, golf tee times, dining, and recreational activities
- Provide accurate information on rates, packages, and resort amenities
- Enter and manage reservations in the property management system
- Handle reservations via phone, email, and other channels
- Process group bookings and rooming lists
- Assist with special requests and coordinate with front desk and operations teams
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest bookings
- Process gift certificates and administrative tasks (labels, mailings, etc.)
- Provide directions, general resort information, and exceptional customer service
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, reservations, or call center experience preferred
- Experience with property management systems (Springer Miller a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
