If you’re a recent graduate looking to launch your career in a professional, fast-paced global organization — this is the perfect place to start.As a Researcher Trainee, you’ll play an important part in helping people get hired by verifying key information in their background checks. Think of it as detective work with purpose — you’ll research, verify, and communicate. You’ll work closely with candidates, vendors and teams across the world to ensure reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

Below will be the primary responsibility of this role:

• Verify candidates’ information such as education and employment details using phone, email, and online research tools.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with candidates to collect or clarify details, helping them move smoothly through the screening process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality results for our clients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company standards.
• Manage data with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity and quality goals while learning continuously from feedback and training.
• Contribute to process improvement by sharing ideas and best practices.
• Support teammates and participate in a culture that values accuracy, teamwork, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any field — fresh graduates are welcome!
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Basic computer knowledge — proficiency with Microsoft Office and email is a plus.
• Detail-oriented mindset — you enjoy researching, checking facts, and ensuring accuracy.
• Friendly and professional phone etiquette — comfortable reaching out to people.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a flexible shift schedule.

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
