Reporting to the Manager, Consumer Insights, the Senior Researcher of Consumer Insights will be responsible for leading EMEA insights projects from start to finish to help guide brand and marketing strategy, all in service of increasing our competitiveness.

We are looking for a talented Senior Researcher, Consumer Insights that is passionate about working with data to find the insights needed to drive strategic decision making.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • As a key member of the consumer insights team you will represent the insights for the EMEA region and become a partner for the local marketing team.
  • Translate EMEA business and marketing challenges into insights projects to solve key issues.

Core responsibilities will entail but are not limited to:

  • Brand & Category Health Tracking​.
  • Campaign Measurement.
  • Social Media / Influencer Performance​.
  • Media Insights.
  • Market Intelligence. ​
  • Data and Analytics.

What Makes You A Strong Fit:

  • Ability to turn insights into a POV driven narrative to guide marketing decision making.
  • Experience managing primary/custom research projects (quantitative and qualitative) from research design phase to end stakeholder deliverable.
  • Ability to translate brand health results into marketing implications resulting in strategy and marketing tactic guidance.
  • Ability to quantify and summarize campaign results from multiple sources at the executive level.
  • Experience summarizing market share performance and investigating cause and effect.
  • Outstanding communicator (oral and written) and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data, input, and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Experience working in a highly matrix organization and across different regions, ideally in a global role.
  • At least 5 years of experience with proven success in a global insights function.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Someone who is results driven, has a proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision making.
  • Experience integrating AI for insights generation or data manipulation.
  • Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.
  • Self-starter with superior organization skills who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, i.e. will do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Curious mindset, with enthusiasm working with data, high attention to detail, and sense of accountability.
  • Multi-Cultural awareness and ability to adjust communication accordingly.
  • Large brand and/or major retail client experience.
  • Experience at a media agency and/or market research agency (i.e. Ipsos, Kantar, Nielsen etc.).

  • Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
  • This role is hybrid with flexible 3-days per week in the Amsterdam office.

Pay Transparency

€ 54,750 - € 80,300

The above represents the annual gross base salary range for this role.
