We are a new laboratory studying the genetic and immunological causes of human disease, with a focus on immune deficiency and immune dysregulation. We are seeking a curious, energetic, and passionate junior research technician who can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving research environment. Job Duties

• Maintain genomic DNA extraction from saliva and buccal samples from patients.
• Assist with bacterial culture and plasmid extraction.
• Assist with basic flow cytometry experiments.
• Support day-to-day laboratory operations and contribute as a team player.
• Assist with bacterial culture and plasmid extraction.
• Order reagents for all lab members.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a Basic Science or related field. Two years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement.
• One year of relevant experience.
