FAES | School of Environment and Natural Resources

Primary responsibility: Assist with research activities for Global to Local project.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the below list:

Logistics

  • Support distribution of participant incentives
  • Maintain records of and help implement workplan
  • Help orient incoming Undergraduate Research Assistant to file structure and workplan

Research

  • Help finalize research protocols
  • Organize and tag artifacts in Sharepoint
  • Deidentify interview #4 and tag in Sharepoint

Public facing communications

  • Finalize and manage public-facing webpage
  • Prepare and distribute follow-up communications for participants

Experience and skills required:

  • High School diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience
  • CITI Certifications
  • Experience with qualitative data collection and management
  • Proficiency with MS 365, Google Suite, and MAXQDA for data analysis
  • Proficiency with Wordpress, Padlet and Canva for communications

Additional Information:

This job profile is a Research Technician 2 (T2 level) on the career roadmap.

The offer for this position will fall within the positions pay range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications
