About the opportunity

Join the Faculty of Medicine and Health’s Research Support Unit and contribute to the delivery of high-quality research administration services. This role supports researchers and professional staff by coordinating day-to-day administrative activities and maintaining key research information and systems. You will be part of a collaborative team working across multiple locations to support research excellence.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • work closely with the Research Support Lead and broader research administration team
  • provide administrative support including data entry, record keeping, and document preparation
  • maintain and update research-related web content and researcher profiles
  • collect, classify and report on research publications and outputs
  • assist with the administration of internal grants, awards, and simple variations
  • support the coordination of events, workshops, and internal communications

About you

  • demonstrated experience in administrative or operational support roles
  • experience in maintaining records, databases, or web-based content
  • familiarity with supporting processes such as reporting, events, or program administration
  • ability to manage competing priorities and deliver routine tasks with minimal supervision experience working collaboratively across teams in a complex organisation
