Job Description

At KWS Vegetables, everything revolves around quality. Not just in the field, but especially in the technology behind it. That’s why we’re looking for a Research Specialist Seed Technology who connects research with practice and makes sure innovations don’t stay on paper but actually make an impact.

You’ll work on developing and improving technologies around seed quality and treatments. From new testing methods to advanced seed treatments: you help determine what works and make sure it’s actually applied in our operations.

You’ll be part of an international team within Operations and work closely with colleagues from Seed Technology, Quality Testing, and crop teams worldwide. The way we work is direct and hands-on. Short lines, lots of collaboration, and always focused on results. No long theoretical trajectories but boots on the ground: testing, improving, and moving forward together.
