このポジションは、実際にラボやフィールドなどで、様々な実験/消費者ヒアリング等を行っていただき、それらを
通して仮説の検証、製品の性能確認、新製品発売に必要な様々なデータ情報の取得等、研究開発本部で行わ
れる技術検証をサポートいただく仕事です。アメリカ、ドイツにいる研究開発メンバーとも協力し、仕事を進めて
いきます。
担当いただくのは、弊社のフェミニンケアカテゴリーとなり、そのカテゴリにおいて専門性を担っていただくことに
なります。将来的には本人の希望・ビジネスニーズ等により担当カテゴリー変更の可能性がございます。
仕事内容
● 消費者の潜在ニーズなどを導き出すための消費者リサーチの企画、準備、データの解析
● 試作品の様々な製品性能試験測定(消費者試験、テクニカル性能試験、クリニカル使用試験)を実施
し、試作品の性能・品質の確認をサポート
● 製品性能試験で得られたデータの解析
● 生産ラインでの製品品質確認、仕様書の確認
● 新製品の発売に伴う、性能を紹介するためのデモの開発や、ビデオの制作
● 新製品の発売に伴う様々な書類の作成
