Record and independently process customer inquiries regarding lithography products used at customer sites
Perform simulations, analytical calculations and field data analysis and derive technical solution proposals from them
Manage and coordinate internal escalations relating to customer issues
Prepare and deliver technical customer presentations
Coordinate and implement the setup, maintenance, and expansion of internal processes and data and software structures
Support, test, and implement the introduction of new service processes in close collaboration with R&D
A university degree in physics or a related natural science or technical field, ideally with a PhD
Experience in the development or engineering of lithography systems
Solid programming skills and experience in scientific computing
Knowledge of databases and experience in statistical data analysis
Strong assertiveness and genuine interest in engaging with customers
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, suitable for negotiations
