1. 研究和打造新一代具身智能体（AI Agent），推动AI从“理解世界”迈向“自主思考和持续学习”。
2. 为人形机器人、虚拟人、语音助手等场景设计具备长期记忆、推理、规划、工具调用和环境互动能力的智能系统。
3. 构建端到端的智能体学习框架

职位要求

职位要求
1. 计算机科学、人工智能、电子工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2. 在以下至少一个领域具有扎实研究经验：LLM-based Agent、Tool-using Agent、Memory-Augmented Agent、Embodied AI、Reinforcement Learning、Planning、Multi-Agent Systems；
3. 熟练使用 PyTorch / TensorFlow 等深度学习框架，具备良好的系统实现与实验复现能力；
4. 在 NeurIPS / ICLR / ICML / CVPR / CoRL / ICRA / AAAI / EMNLP 等顶会以第一作者或主要作者发表过论文；
5. 具备良好的团队协作、跨学科沟通和创新思维能力。
加分项
1. 博士学历，或具备主导 Agentic LLM、规划-推理系统、机器人决策模块等研究与工程经验；
2. 有实际参与或主导构建多Agent协作系统、长程记忆与知识图谱结合的智能体框架的经验；
3. 在 RLHF / RLAIF / Agentic Fine-tuning / Procedural Memory / Tool Learning 等方向有深入研究或论文发表；
4. 在开源社区（如 HuggingFace、LangChain、OpenDevin、Voyager、AutoGPT 等）有贡献或影响力；
5. 具备解决复杂开放式问题的能力，能够评估、整合多种技术路线并推动从研究到产品化落地。
