Job Description

In this role, you will leverage advanced computational methods and behavioral science to decode the complex human drivers behind global health outcomes. You will be working like a Data Engineer, responsible for building the analytical architecture that transforms raw health data into precise, AI-powered insights, directly influencing how healthcare is delivered in low- and middle-income countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of advanced statistical models and data pipelines to uncover behavioral "drivers" within global health datasets.
• Develop and implement novel analytical approaches, integrating machine learning and behavioral frameworks to strengthen the platforms predictive capabilities.
• Manage the full data lifecycle, from designing primary data collection instruments to delivering sophisticated R&D insights for internal and client-facing products.
• Work closely with Product and AI teams to scale research findings into automated, high-precision data products that drive health equity.
• Translate high-dimensional data and complex statistical results into clear, rigorous reports and visualizations for global health decision-makers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end data analysis, with a proven ability to flex across diverse research projects. Interest and exposure to health sector is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in R and/or Python. Experience in Databricks is a plus.
• Deep understanding of applied statistics and a strong grasp of how psychological barriers and beliefs influence health outcomes.
• A high level education background in Engineering or Public Health, Economics, Neuroscience, or a related field is preferred; PhD is a plus
• Ability to translate technical data into clear narratives; fluency in French is considered a significant plus.
• Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) New Delhi, India, with a willingness to travel up to 10% as needed nationally and globally.
