Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and team members
Find feasible solutions in a variety of situations for both client and production teams (ad-hoc questions, additional deliverables, etc.)
Administrative tasks related to Project Management details (KPIs, Projects Data Base, and etc.)
Prepare, plan, prioritise and communicate effectively to ensure deliverables are prepared and sent to schedule
Complying with operational scope, and managing budgets, timeline and quality per the project requirements
Support preparation of core deliverables using Research Team platforms, techniques and technologies e.g. PowerPoint / Excel / Online portal / etc.
Check data sets for logical consistency prior to analysis
Manipulate data into correct format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as relevant)
Support analysis according to client’s requirements or objectives
Quality checking key deliverables, ensuring they are delivered accurately and to the highest quality
Populate reports (PowerPoint) and writing commentary to draw out the key learnings and provide recommendations
Update DP Spec based on questionnaire changes
Update other tools and platforms e.g. Data Portals based on questionnaire changes
Work alongside Research team in delivering bespoke and added-value analysis and insight.

Our Requirements:

1+ year/s of work experience as a Market Research Executive or similar position in a Market Research Agency
Technical skills in data manipulation (e.g. using Excel) or software such as SPSS will be considered as an advantage
Strong general analytical skills using quantitative data
Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in budgeting and controlling
Very good English language command– both written and spoken
Seek for “out of the box” solutions in different situations
Fast learner; Proactivity and ability to prioritize work
Very good computer and online knowledge - MS Office
Bachelor degree (Marketing, Sociology or Economic sciences will be considered as a plus).
