The research operations manager position is responsible for overseeing the daily research activities occurring across the UofL Health facilities to ensure compliance with governing rules and regulations and sound fiscal management. The manager will work to develop and maintain key relationships with research investigators, study teams, study sponsors, service line managers and practice managers across UofL Health to facilitate communications for a successful research enterprise. The position will work closely with the revenue cycle teams from both the ULP central business office and the hospitals to develop and oversee processes required to ensure timely filing and accurate claims processing.
