The Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education at the University of Toronto provides a collaborative and interdisciplinary research environment focused on advancing knowledge in health, physical activity, and human development.
The Research Officer will join a collaborative research team working on externally funded research projects focused on child health and the application of quantitative and machine learning methods to health research. The position will report to the Principal Investigators and will work closely with other members of the research team.
The primary focus of the role will be to support the preparation, management, and analysis of quantitative research data. The Research Officer will contribute to research activities including organizing and processing research data, implementing quantitative research methods, conducting data analyses, maintaining research databases and records, and preparing summaries and reports of research results. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to interdisciplinary research projects and work collaboratively with researchers and trainees.
Note: This is a one year term position.
