ABOUT THE UNIT The Specialist team in Kantar IMRB operates as part of the B2B & Industrial Research Division (B2B & I), a unit that provides strategic and solution oriented market research and consulting services to various industrial / business sectors. With its repository of knowledge and understanding gained through studying diverse sectors for several years, B2B & I provides market perspective for sound decision making. It is the only organization of its kind that provides research based consultancy to corporates.
KEY OUTCOMES STATEMENT:
• 2-4 years of primary research experience and capability to work on both qualitative and quantitative projects.
• Should have developed questionnaires, discussion guides, reports etc.
• Should work as part of a team and ensure timely project execution of projects.
• Ability to direct the analysis team, knowledge of special quantitative techniques, models.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and then turn into an insightful report.
• A quick learner and should have an interest in keeping himself/ herself abreast of latest developments in healthcare space.
• Should have managed client relationships.
• Experience of working on studies such as Brand Track, Brand Health, Market Sizing and Demand Forecast, U&A, Customer Satisfaction (CX), Pricing studies
• End-to-end project management experience
• Handled projects independently
• Having multi-domain experience would be a plus
• Experience and knowledge of working on excel
• Experience and knowledge of NPS, BIP analysis
