
About National Integrated Centre for Evaluation (NiCE)
National Integrated Centre for Evaluation (NiCE) @ NTU is a collaboration between Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) and NTU. Strategically located in NTU to leverage on their knowledge, expertise and experience in software and hardware assurance, it is the first of its kind in South-East Asia. The joint centre serves as a one-stop facility for product testing, inspection and evaluation and aims to harness synergy within the ecosystem to develop competencies and evaluation techniques. The setup at NiCE allows for greater access to cutting-edge academic research and supports research and development initiatives across government, industry and academia. We are looking for a Research Fellow to join the centre, driving its mission to advance knowledge and support the government, industry and academia in the area of AI system security testing and certification.
Key Responsibilities
To independently undertake research in AI system security testing and evaluation.
To produce research papers and reports as required by the funding body or for dissemination to the wider academic community.
To provide guidance and support to students associated with the project.
To attend, contribute, and where necessary lead relevant meetings.
To undertake any other duties relevant to the programme of research.
Job Requirements:
PhD degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Independent, highly analytical, proactive and a team player
Excellent teamwork and verbal, written communication skills
Proven research ability as evidenced through a portfolio of publications and/or conference papers and/or patents.
In-depth knowledge relevant to the project domain.
Demonstrated capability to conduct innovative research.
The ability and willingness to adapt and incorporate novel ideas and approaches in scientific industry.
Demonstrated ability to formulate hypothesis and design effective experimental plans.
Ability to design and implement new experimental methods.
Oversee and report project progress.
