
The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and leadership to research projects in collaboration with the various residency programs in Willmar and St. Cloud. The employee in this position is expected to coordinate and implement research protocols, facilitate research at family practice clinics, provide writing and editing support to faculty and residents, and manage other assigned projects that support CentraCare's research mission. The job requires research knowledge as well as flexibility and ability to work on diverse projects, including research studies, practice-based research projects, process improvement studies, and qualitative research studies.
This position will work with St. Cloud and Willmar residency clinics as well as with the Research team. This position will be expected to be in clinics they support at least 2 days a week.

Starting pay begins at $61,315.74 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $61,315.74 - $91,984.56 per year
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
