Job Description

Ipsos Healthcare is currently recruiting for an Executive within the Primary Research team in Beijing office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced healthcare market research managers and clinical consultants on integrated research solutioning to deliver comprehensive market insights to our clients in the healthcare industries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn the basic methods of market research, master the skills of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and conduct specific research on different disease fields and medicine types to solve business consulting problems
  • Collect materials and data, integrate and refine information through interviews and notes with experts, doctors, nurses and patients, find issues, and put forward insights that can solve the business questions of clients (pharmaceutical multinational enterprises)
  • Write reports and consulting plans, constantly discuss needs with clients, and finally propose solutions to solve clients issues.
  • Gradually acquire reporting skills and develop into a mature project manager, report consulting solutions to the client's senior management team

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Academic background with strong preference to analytic programs (e.g. economics, engineering, business, marketing, sciences, healthcare, medical technology etc.)
  • Ability to think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to uncommon problems - Intellectual stimulation makes market research fun.
  • Good at multi-tasking, being able to work in a fast-paced, deadline focused environment
