Job Title

Research Executive

This role is for the Offshore Brand Excellence Team, and you will be part of the team who will lead the delivery of large, strategic, and complex brand tracking studies across multiple clients and markets for Kantar Insights Australia.

This is a non-client-facing role focused on project management, analysis, reporting, andpeopledevelopment.You’llwork closely with the Team Leader and collaborate with onshore teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and efficiency in delivery. You will model being an indispensable brand partner to our clients and Australian client-facing teams, driving a highly collaborative culture of winning together.

Job Goals

  • Manage accounts to ensure as a team all account deliverables are met

  • Accountable for theaccurateandtimelydelivery of account outputs including data tables, KPIs, presentations,reportsand workshops – balancing own analysis and creation of deliverables with delegating within the team

  • Support development and implementation ofappropriate solutionsto drive meaningful insight for clients’ needs and their business

  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients, and deliverables and analysis conducted for them

Role Requirements& Capabilities

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant quantitative research experience

  • Educated to a degree level, preferable in marketing or business

  • Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environment;

  • Excellent organizational skills, time management/the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines

  • Critical thinking andproblem solvingskills

  • Have a curious mind and can think out of the box

  • Strong communications and presentation skills
