What You Will Do
- Design and implement machine learning models to monitor and analyze agent behavior at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements and milestones.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights and optimize performance metrics.
- Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate model performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for algorithms and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1 to 4 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with a strong understanding of machine learning libraries.
- Experience in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure relevant to AI and data processing.
Preferred
- Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Compensation and Benefits
