
To provide management support functions associated with all regulatory requirements relating to research protocols and assure that appropriate documentation, record keeping, and record retention practices are in place to meet mandated guidelines for external review and verification under the guidance of the supervisor of HRPP. Assist in the preparation of pertinent materials for the Institutional Review Board.
Bachelor,s degree in a health-related field required.
Must exercise a high degree of independent judgment and discretion relating to research protocol issues. Superior organizational, analytical, time management, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills required. Excellent verbal and technical writing skills, proficient use of computer and relevant software and database applications.Good organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and in writing). Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customer's needs.
