What you will do:
- Lead product development and R&D teams
- Define product strategy and category direction
- Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Work with vendors and manufacturers to deliver high-quality products
- Oversee quality standards and product performance
- Collaborate with marketing and operations on product positioning
What you bring:
- 7 to 10 years in product development or R&D
- Experience with consumer hardware products
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Vendor management and negotiation experience
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
