Job Description

• What You'll Do:

  • Assist in organizing, composing, and producing professional letters and reports
  • Compose minutes, agendas, trackers, etc., using Microsoft Office software
  • Proofread documents ensuring grammar, spelling, format, and punctuation are correct
  • Assist in developing training presentations using PowerPoint
  • Create professional binders for distribution to clients
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and quality check reviews
  • Provide support in laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures for specimen handling, processing, test execution, result documentation, and record management.
  • Assist in the maintenance of laboratory infrastructure and equipment, contributing to the upkeep of a safe, clean, and fully functional working environment.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, including accompanying vendors and contractors during equipment repairs, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to internal protocols and safety standards.
  • Assemble kits individually or as part of a team according to the lab kit specifications
  • Work directly with multiple members of the lab team including Kitting, Logistics, and Project Management
  • Assist in tracking of kits and inventory management as requested
  • Maintain detailed and accurate global laboratory records and documentation
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities
  • Mentor less tenured Research Associates and act as a resource

  What You'll Bring:

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's Degree (or must be working toward a degree)
