This is a grant-funded contractual position.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:

  • coordinate preparation and submission of project reports and related documentation
  • maintain reporting schedules and ensure timely collection of inputs from project teams
  • review, edit and format reports in accordance with organisational and donor requirements
  • maintain organised project records, documentation and correspondence
  • develop knowledge products, data summaries and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • support the preparation of policy briefs, learning resources and project communication materials
  • coordinate communication and information sharing between project teams and key stakeholders
  • prepare meeting records, stakeholder updates and official correspondence
  • monitor project deliverables and support effective implementation of project activities
  • assist with administrative, procurement and coordination activities required for project operations.

Requirements
You should have:

  • master's degree in communications, public policy, social sciences, environmental sciences or a related field
  • at least two years experience in project coordination, reporting or programme management
  • strong report writing, editing and documentation skills
  • experience developing communication materials, knowledge products or policy briefs
  • excellent organisational, coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital document management
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
