We’re looking for the next generation of talent to join our Australia Offshore Insights team as a Research Associate

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of large-scale, multi-market research programmes — building core skills in data analysis, storytelling, and project delivery.

  • Structured learning & development – build strong foundations in marketing research, data and storytelling

Job Goals

As a Research Associate, you’ll:

  • Support the delivery of research projects, ensuring outputs are accurate and delivered on time
  • Work with data — organising, validating and contributing to analysis and reporting
  • Help prepare charts, presentations and reports that bring insights to life
  • Learn how research projects are managed end-to-end, from questionnaire to output
  • Build an understanding of how insights solve real client challenges
  • Collaborate with teams across functions to ensure seamless delivery

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

  • Recent graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Excel/PowerPoint (experience with Q/SPSS is a bonus, not essential)
