Scientific research in bacterial genomics, with demonstrated experience in prokaryotic genome assembly, annotation and comparative/functional genomics. The candidate will generate data sets and write scientific manuscripts to be submitted for publication.

Qualifications:
PhD required. The applicant holds a PhD in biology, plant Science or a related field. The candidate must have at least 5+ years experience in bacterial genomics and has published at least 20 peer-reviewed publications in bacterial genomics.
