
Samaritan Daytop Village is seeking a detail-oriented, mission-driven Research Associate to support program evaluation and reporting for our behavioral health and transitional housing programs. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis and is passionate about leveraging data to improve client outcomes and inform strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Director of Program Evaluation and Research, the Research Associate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing and interpreting data to support our commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
Additional Information
This is a full-time non-exempt role with an hourly rate of $31.86-$34.34 (annualized at 35 hours a week to $58,000-$62,500) with a full benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 25 days of paid time off, access to a retirement account with an employer match, and tuition reimbursement. The rate offered within the listed range is dependent on skills, experience, and organizational pay equity.
This role is located at the Samaritan Daytop Village Headquarters in Briarwood, Queens and has a schedule of Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. There is also an option to work 2 days per week remotely.
