
The School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) at NTU invites applications for a Part-Time Research Assistant to support the CoHASS Research Support Grant project AI and Quantum Visualization: Artistic Dissemination for Public Engagement. Led by A/P Ina Conradi Chavez, the project disseminates interdisciplinary art–science research through international exhibitions, digital platforms, and publications. Works have been presented at Ars Electronica, MEET Milan, and Quantum Perspective at The Arts House, Singapore. This is a hands-on creative dissemination role for a self-driven Visual Communication professional passionate about art–science communication and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage social media content including reels, graphics, and short-form video across Instagram, LinkedIn, and related platforms
Develop and maintain the project's visual identity and branding across digital and print touchpoints
Design exhibition collaterals: posters, brochures, postcards, and catalogue layouts
Support exhibition curation, installation flow, and event coordination for local and international venues
Document research outputs and compile archival materials for publication and grant reporting
Assist with grant workflow administration and preparation of dissemination materials
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools
Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and short-form video/reels editing
Strong visual design sense across digital and print media
Interest in media art, art–science, or research communication
Portfolio of design and/or social media work required
