The Department of Urology at University or Rochester is seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant Professor to join our team. This faculty position will focus on molecular cell biology, preclinical studies in animal models. Applicant with expertise in analyzing R-based statistical and bioinformatics analyses.
The successful candidate will lead and collaborate on research projects investigating molecular mechanisms of urologic diseases in vitro and in vivo, integrating molecular and cellular biology techniques with advanced data analysis methods. This role offers the opportunity to develop independent research while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and scientists.

The referenced pay range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries. Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
