The Principal Investigator (PI) is seeking a Research Assistant to support several projects in operations management. The successful candidate will conduct literature reviews, clean and analyze data, and assist with the preparation of academic papers and research grant applications. The position may also involve other research-related and ad hoc tasks assigned by the PI.
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, economics, finance, operations management, or a related field. HKUST graduates are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant research experience and programming skills in Python, R, and/or Stata. Applicants should also have strong written and spoken English skills and be able to work independently.
