This is a full time opportunity based at our St Leonards (North Shore Health Hub) clinic, offering variety, responsibility, and exposure to the fast-growing clinical research sector. You'll join a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with experienced research and healthcare professionals while developing specialised skills in a rewarding healthcare environment

More Specifically, You Will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Research team, helping ensure clinical trial activities are delivered efficiently and accurately.
  • Support financial and operational processes, including visit and payment tracking, billing administration, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, monitor visits, and assist with preparing agendas and meeting notes.
  • Maintain research databases, trackers, training records, and essential study documentation.
  • Assist with study start up activities, including preparing Investigator Site Files, participant files, and research materials.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers, hospitals, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to support research activities.
  • Help coordinate office and clinical supplies and support day to day site operations.
  • Support research participants with practical arrangements, including travel coordination where required.
  • Contribute to a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the research function.

We're Interested in Hearing from People Who:

  • Have previous experience in administration, coordination, or business support roles, ideally within healthcare, medical, research, or allied health environments.
  • Bring strong organisational skills and enjoy managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Have an intermediate understanding of medical terminology or experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
  • Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Take pride in delivering accurate, high quality work and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Are proactive, adaptable, and keen to contribute to a supportive team environment.
